Taylor and I called past the house today on the way back from Nambour. As the Chippy and Electrician were there working we stayed back and just took a couple of photos. The windows have now all been put in and the Electrician was there installing the ducted air conditioning.
The Chippy thought that the building wrap would be going on pretty soon. Good to see the continued progress - the chippy mentioned that they were all flatout getting as much done as they can before the Christmas shutdown!

Ducted air conditioning is a must for me in a home. I am currently renting, but my husband and I are looking to buy our dream home. A ducted AC system was at the top of the list. We have had too many places with a window unit or swamp cooler. They don't do half the job a ducted system can provide.
